Levels of Service we offer

Full Service Leasing

We do all the work from procuring tenants, inspections, repairs, rent collection etc. The money is electronically sent to your account. Most of our out of town clients select this option.

Tenant Placement

We sign the vetted tenant up to an attorney drawn lease and you take it from there. This is for the do it yourselfer.

Advertising

We put your listings on our 50 plus sites and send the prospective tenants to you. This is our low cost option.
